These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you", "your") and ha777 ("ha777", "the Platform", "the Operator", "we", "us", "our") governing access to and use of the ha777 website accessible at https://ha777.cam and all associated services, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, instant games and loyalty programs (collectively, "the Services").

ha777 is an English-language online sports betting and casino platform. All Services are provided in English and are directed at adult users. ha777 does not claim to hold a gambling license issued by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority, the State Bank of Pakistan or any Pakistani provincial authority. ha777 does not represent that its Services are legal in Pakistan or any other jurisdiction — it is the User's sole responsibility to determine the legality of accessing the Services in their jurisdiction prior to use.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform regardless of location. By accessing or using the Services you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform.

The following terms have the meanings set out below when used throughout this Agreement:

By registering an Account, accessing the Platform or using any of the Services, you confirm that you:

• have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in full;
• have read and accept the Privacy Policy at /privacy-policy;
• have read and accept the Responsible Gambling Policy at /responsible-gambling;
• are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction;
• are acting on your own behalf as an individual and not as an agent for any third party;
• have independently confirmed that your access to and use of the Services does not violate applicable law in your jurisdiction; and
• understand that gambling involves financial risk and you may lose the entirety of funds deposited.

To be eligible to register an Account and use the Services, a User must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• Be a natural person and not a legal entity, trust or other organisation;
• Be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's applicable license jurisdiction — whichever is greater;
• Not be subject to self-exclusion or account closure on the Platform;
• Possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract;
• Not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited by applicable law;
• Not be an employee, agent, contractor, director or officer of ha777, or a close relative of such a person; and
• Not have had a previous ha777 Account terminated for breach of these Terms.

Each eligible User may register one Account only. The registration of multiple Accounts by the same natural person is prohibited and will result in closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of associated balances.

During registration, the User must provide accurate, complete and current information including (but not limited to) full legal name, date of birth, residential address and contact email address. Providing false, misleading or unverifiable registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

KYC Verification

ha777 reserves the right to require identity and address verification ("KYC") at any time, including prior to processing a first withdrawal. KYC documents may include a government-issued photo identification document, proof of address and, where applicable, source-of-funds documentation. Failure to complete KYC to ha777's satisfaction may result in suspension of withdrawal functionality or Account closure.

One Account Policy

If ha777 discovers that a User has registered more than one Account, ha777 reserves the right to close all such Accounts and cancel any pending withdrawals, outstanding bets and bonus balances. Any funds deposited into duplicate Accounts may be refunded at ha777's sole discretion after deducting any applicable costs of investigation.

The User is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account credentials, including username and password. ha777 strongly recommends the use of a unique, strong password that is not used for any other service.

The User must not share Account access with any third party. All activity conducted through a User's Account is the User's sole responsibility. ha777 is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorised Account access resulting from the User's failure to maintain credential security.

If a User suspects that their Account has been accessed without authorisation, they must notify ha777 support immediately via live chat or by email at [email protected]. ha777 may temporarily suspend the Account pending investigation upon receipt of such a report.

Deposits to a ha777 Account must be made using payment methods available in the Platform cashier at the time of deposit. ha777 does not guarantee the availability of any specific payment method and reserves the right to add, modify or remove payment options without prior notice.

All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in the User's own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited. Deposits made from payment methods not belonging to the Account holder may be reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the Platform cashier and are subject to change. All Account balances are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are the User's responsibility.

ha777 is not responsible for deposits that fail to reach the Account due to issues with the User's payment provider, network outages, or third-party processing delays. If a deposit does not appear in the Account within a reasonable timeframe, the User should contact support with appropriate transaction evidence.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. ha777 reserves the right to request KYC documentation prior to approving any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed until outstanding KYC obligations have been satisfied.

Processing Times

Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are displayed in the Platform cashier. ha777 targets processing of verified withdrawal requests within the timeframes published in the cashier, but cannot guarantee processing times due to potential delays attributable to third-party payment processors, banking networks or regulatory requirements.

Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the Platform cashier and may vary by payment method. Withdrawal limits applicable to specific bonus promotions are detailed in the respective bonus terms.

Inactive Account Deductions

If an Account remains inactive — meaning no login, deposit, withdrawal or bet — for a consecutive period specified in the Operator's current published policy, ha777 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee as detailed in the Operator's fee schedule. Prior to applying any such fee, ha777 will make reasonable efforts to notify the User at the registered email address.

All sports bets placed on ha777 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event and market. Bet rules are published on the Platform. It is the User's responsibility to review and understand the applicable rules before placing any bet.

Bet Acceptance

ha777 reserves the right to decline, void or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including where technical errors, odds feed errors, pricing anomalies or unusual betting patterns are detected. A bet is accepted only when the Platform has issued a confirmed bet reference number to the User.

Void Bets

A bet may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: match abandonment or postponement beyond the Operator's published settlement threshold; proven pricing error; system errors; or suspicious match activity. Voided bets return the stake to the User's Account balance.

Live Betting

In-play markets may be suspended at any time during an event. ha777 does not guarantee the continuous availability of live odds. Bets placed on suspended markets will not be accepted. ha777 is not responsible for decisions made by users based on live data feeds that may experience latency.

Cricket & PSL Markets

Cricket markets — including PSL, ICC tournaments, bilateral T20 series, One-Day Internationals and Test matches — are among the most actively traded markets on the Platform. ha777 applies sport-specific settlement rules to all cricket markets; these are published in the Platform's rules section. Results are settled in accordance with the official match result as determined by the relevant governing body.

Casino games, slots, live dealer tables and instant games available on the Platform are provided by third-party game content studios and live dealer providers integrated into the Platform. Each game operates subject to its own Return to Player (RTP) rate and game rules, which are disclosed in the relevant game's information panel.

RNG (Random Number Generator) certified games produce outcomes that are statistically random and independent. Past outcomes do not predict or influence future outcomes. ha777 does not make any representation as to guaranteed returns or the likelihood of winning any game.

In the event of a technical failure during a casino game session, ha777 will use best efforts to reconstruct incomplete game rounds from server logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, the disputed stake may be refunded at ha777's sole discretion. ha777 is not liable for losses arising from disconnection on the User's side.

All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion.

General Bonus Conditions

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and/or free spin winnings must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• Maximum Stake During Wagering: A maximum single-bet stake applies while wagering a bonus. Bets exceeding this limit may void the bonus. Example limits are stated per promotion — illustrative figures such as PKR 1,000 per bet are stated as examples only.
• Game Contribution: Different game categories contribute different percentages towards wagering requirements. Contribution rates are stated per promotion. Games excluded from contribution are listed in the promotion's terms.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry window from the date of crediting. Unused bonus funds and incomplete wagering are forfeited upon expiry.
• Sticky vs Non-Sticky Bonuses: Where a bonus is designated as sticky, the bonus amount itself is not withdrawable — only net winnings derived from the bonus. Where a bonus is non-sticky, the bonus is deducted from the withdrawal amount and the net real-money balance is returned.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Certain promotions impose a maximum cash-out limit on winnings derived from bonus play. Winnings exceeding this cap will be removed at the point of withdrawal.
• Minimum Qualifying Deposit: Where a bonus is deposit-triggered, a minimum deposit is required. Deposits below the stated threshold do not activate the bonus.

Bonus Abuse

ha777 reserves the right to refuse, cancel or reclaim any bonus where the Platform has reasonable grounds to believe that the User is abusing promotional offers, including but not limited to bonus betting strategies that carry no real financial risk to the User, coordinating bonus abuse with other users, or providing false information during registration. Any winnings generated through identified bonus abuse may be voided and removed from the Account.

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following conduct in connection with the Platform or Services:

• Registering more than one Account;
• Providing false, misleading or unverifiable registration details;
• Using the Platform if under 18 years of age or the applicable higher jurisdictional minimum;
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform outside of expressly permitted functionality;
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors or pricing anomalies for financial gain;
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider trading or any form of sports corruption in connection with bets placed on the Platform;
• Using stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment methods;
• Money laundering or using the Platform to conceal the proceeds of crime;
• Collusive play in poker or table game environments;
• Charging back legitimate deposits after withdrawing winnings ("friendly fraud");
• Engaging in any conduct that interferes with or disrupts the Platform's technical infrastructure; and
• Reselling or commercially exploiting Platform content or data without express written consent from ha777.

Breach of this clause may result in immediate Account closure, forfeiture of all Account balances and referral of relevant information to law enforcement or regulatory authorities where appropriate.

ha777 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing users with tools to manage their gambling activity. Gambling should be entertainment — never a source of income, and never pursued to recover previous losses.

Available Tools

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits through Account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly loss limits. Once the limit is reached, further betting is restricted until the period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Users may configure session reminders that notify them when a specified time has elapsed during an active session.
• Self-Exclusion: Users who wish to stop gambling may request self-exclusion by contacting support. Self-exclusion prevents Platform access for the selected period. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the end of the selected period.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, database structures, page layouts and the selection and arrangement thereof — is the property of ha777 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, republish, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, adapt, translate, create derivative works from or commercially exploit any Platform content without prior written authorisation from ha777.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ha777 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive loss or damage arising out of or in connection with:

• use of, or inability to use, the Platform or Services;
• any system outage, technical error, data corruption or security breach outside ha777's reasonable control;
• losses arising from gambling activity conducted on the Platform;
• reliance on any information, odds or content published on the Platform;
• third-party payment processing delays or failures; or
• any act or omission of third-party game content or live dealer providers.

Where ha777's liability cannot be excluded by law, ha777's total aggregate liability to any User shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User to the Platform in the twelve (12) calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ha777 collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By accepting these Terms you also consent to the data processing practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Users may access, correct or request deletion of their personal data by contacting ha777 support. Full details of User data rights are set out in the Privacy Policy at /privacy-policy.

ha777 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ha777 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Users via their registered email address or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to changes taking effect.

Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If a User does not agree to amended Terms, they should cease use of the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting support.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ha777 is incorporated or operates, as specified in the Operator's published licensing information. Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory rights available to a User under applicable consumer protection law in the User's country of residence.

ha777 does not represent that these Terms are compliant with Pakistani law or that the Services are lawful in Pakistan. Users in Pakistan access the Platform entirely at their own risk and assume sole responsibility for compliance with applicable local law.
